Roasting

Lazy Sunday is light roast that is pleasant on the palate. It mellows, and turns into an opulent hug to your senses. The cocoa flavors from Latin America smooth the brew while Africa brings citrus hints to bring the balance. The result is a delicious coffee that is delicious on its own or with cakes, milk chocolate or other sweets. It can also be paired with lemon drizzle cakes or vanilla sponges very well.

We recommend the French Press method to brew this coffee. Heating your vessel by adding water that has just boiled will keep it warm. After the coffee is brewed, allow it to sit for 4 minutes, this ensures that the grounds are saturated and not over extracted. The water should be pushed through the grounds with the plunger, do not stir or stir the coffee, as this can result in unpleasant components in your cup.
